Good things come to those who wait

I’ve been very lazy with updating here this month, sorry about that. The good thing is I’m shooting even more film than before, I’m just not posting it yet. Here is my grandmother’s orchid, captured in April this year..

This one makes me feel like using film instead of digital. Perfection somehow ruins the mood. Though tedious post processing could salvage us, the digital age folks, from the imperfect perfection, film makes it possible to get it within a moment. Totally love it!

The diffused light really lends an air of peace to this photo. Very good use of depth of field. The eye really follows the contour of the flowers. Nicely done!

Well done. Sensia was always a favorite of mine.

I adore this photograph! Truly! The color, the sharpness, everything. I need to practice this with my photos!
